What if healing wasn’t about breaking the cycle you’re stuck in?
What if it was about learning to shape it?
Welcome to Cycle Shapers.
A six-week, live online experience for women who are ready to understand the patterns that keep repeating in their lives, and start creating change that actually lasts.
You don't need another breakthrough.
You need a different experience of yourself.
You have a pretty good understanding of why you are the way you are.
You've done the therapy. Read the books. Listened to the podcasts. Attended the workshops.
You can explain your attachment style, identify your triggers, and trace your patterns back to childhood.
You have spent a whole lot of time, energy and money on analysing and understanding yourself.
And yet, somehow, you're still doing the thing.
This is for you if…
You know you need to say “No”, but you find yourself saying “Yes”.
You know you’re procrastinating on that project you love, but you can't seem to get going.
You promise yourself next time you won’t explode or shut down with your partner, but when the moment comes, you fall back into what you always do.
You keep finding yourself in situations, relational dynamics or behaviours you've promised yourself you wouldn't repeat.
And perhaps the most frustrating part is that you know better. You understand what's happening. You can see the pattern. Sometimes you can even recognise it while it's happening. But knowing doesn't seem to be enough to change it.
What if you're asking the wrong question?
I don't think you're stuck because you lack insight or self-awareness.
I think your patterns serve a purpose.
Maybe people-pleasing helps you maintain connection. Maybe overthinking gives you a sense of control. Maybe staying busy keeps uncomfortable feelings at bay.
These patterns developed for a reason. They may have helped you navigate relationships, feel safe or find your place in the world.
But what once helped you get through life might now be getting in the way.
So instead of asking, "How do I break this cycle?" what if you asked, "How could I work with this cycle?"
You don't have to break the cycle. You can learn to shape it.
Cycle Shapers is about understanding your patterns without treating yourself as something that needs fixing. We'll explore how your:
ancestral patterns
nervous system imprint
childhood experiences and
rites of passage
shape the way you respond to the world.
Through somatic inquiry, family constellations and guided group processes, you'll have the opportunity to move beyond understanding your patterns intellectually and start exploring what it actually takes to respond differently.
Imagine what could change
✨ Saying no without feeling responsible for everyone else's reaction.
✨ Recognising an old response without automatically acting on it.
✨ Understanding why you keep taking responsibility for things that aren't yours to carry.
✨ Feeling more connected to yourself, even when relationships get uncomfortable.
✨ Making choices based on what you actually want, rather than what you've learned you need to do to belong.
Not perfectly. Not overnight.
But with more awareness, self-trust and room to do things differently.
What if your patterns aren't the problem?
I don't think you're stuck because you lack insight, willpower or self-awareness.
I think your patterns serve a purpose.
Maybe people-pleasing helps you maintain connection. Maybe overthinking gives you a sense of control. Maybe staying busy means you don't have to sit with something uncomfortable.
These patterns didn't appear out of nowhere. They developed in response to your experiences, your relationships and the environments you grew up in.
Some may have helped you feel safe, belong or navigate situations you couldn't change.
The problem is that what once helped you get through life might now be getting in the way of the life you want to live.
And trying to force yourself out of these patterns can leave you feeling even more frustrated with yourself.
What if, instead of asking how to break the cycle, you asked how you could work with the cycle?
Because you don't need to fight every part of yourself to create change.
You need to understand what's happening, recognise what you're ready to do differently, and create the support to make a different choice.
